Osteria Scotti represents a whole family and its job. Their experience started in 1954 , when Franco Scotti founded “Al Catenone” company and collaborated with Claudio and Carla Scotti, who at the time began their experience in the restaurant business.
Claudio Scotti founded an events planning company in 2006 and then, when his daughters Silvia and Elisabetta and his son Alberto joined it, the new restaurant- called Osteria Scotti and placed just outside the city of Bergamo, near Brembana valley- opened.
The restaurant is divided into two parts: an elegant dining room and a lively wine bar, where you can taste wines and aperitifs.
The gastronomic proposal by Osteria Scotti
The refined menu was created by Claudio Scotti to show his guests his view of the world. He looks for the ingredients and combines them with great care.
You will find both ground dishes and seafood dishes that vary seasonally. Here nothing is left to chance, neither on the plate, nor in the dining room and the high quality raw materials are selected daily and always extremely fresh.
In addition to the a la carte menu, there is a so called free menu too, that allows chef to be very creative.
Last but not least, you can end your meal with a wide selection of wines and spirits, such as passito wines, grappa, rum and a wide selection of scottish Whiskeys from the Highlands.
